It allows you to apply meeting notes to any item, room or project. Detail Binder generates a Room Selections report the client and team members can take with them summarizing selections made and those still to be decided before their project can go to production.

Project Pricing - STANDARD & PRO
Detail Binder’s Estimating component gives complete flexibility in pricing your product components, resulting in overall job cost accuracy. It assigns customizable characteristics i.e. finish or installation sq. ft. cost, and percentages of those “applicables” to each item, eliminating “work-arounds” in your design software dictated by your previous pricing tools. When used in conjunction with its Labor Tracking System (pro only), Detail Binder pinpoints items priced too high and those which may lose money, providing a true reflection of the “bottom line” in estimates.

Detail Binder schedules the timing and duration of projects using the established estimated cost and actual hourly rates for each phase of the job. The Calendar displays mobile time blocks for each job and its phases continually resetting as time slips are entered against each phase and contracted completion dates are adjusted.

Payroll reports are generated incorporating individual staff profiles containing specific pay rates for regular and overtime hours. It allows an administrator to customize re-occurring daily lunch break time deductions and individual vacation hours.

Detail Binder creates Estimates and Purchase Orders once the project details are entered. Changes made to the job details or design after a PO has been created will automatically produce a Change Order. Detail Binder's visual database for cabinet exterior finishes allows you to build individual finishes step-by-step incorporating actual finish material and labor cost. This calculates an accurate sq. ft. cost for each custom finish, creating a comprehensive finish report listing the materials and quantities needed to finish each separate room and the entire job.
